While watching an INXS special on VH1 Classic full of old performances, it occured to me...

I miss Michael Hutchence terribly.

The man bleed of sexuality both on and off stage. You can't buy an attitude like his. I imagine he even smelled like sex. He may not have the legendary regard that say, Jim Morrison has, but with Hutchence, INXS might have been able to make it to the same level of rock music regard that bands like the Rolling Stones now live at. Sadly, INXS now lives at a stage of hunting out opportunities for publicity that I don't think Hutchence would be ok with.

I guess it just goes to show the importance of a great frontman.

Michael, I miss you.

It's like The Doors trying to tour without Jim Morrison or The Grateful Dead (okay don't particularly care for them) without Jerry Garcia, both of which I heard they did.

Sometimes you just shouldn't.
